It depends on your home size. Our packages are setup by bedroom size and you can always add more!

No, but we can deliver and pickup the totes to local storage unit locations instead of your address at no additional charge.

No, our local facility isn’t designed for pickup or drop off. We handle delivery and pickup for you free of charge.

Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery. If for some reason you will not be present, let us know in advance to work out a special delivery.

Our totes, aka reusable, industrial grade plastic moving boxes are the equivilent of a large cardboard box. Measurements are 27” by 17” at the top, 24.5” by 14.5” at the bottom, and 13” tall.

No, we are a door to door delivery service. We drop off your totes at the nearest accessible point outside your home, apartment or office. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.

We typically require 48 hours advance notice to cancel your reservation without a fee. We’re locally owned and operated here in Northern Nevada and understand life happens. Contact us at info@tahoetotes.com and we’ll work it out!

No! Delivery and pickup is included in the price of the rental package. It also includes labels, zip ties and tote dollies.
